1. The molding characteristics of ABS are:

2. Response measures
a. ABS is easy to absorb water, so it should be dried before molding.
b. Strictly control the processing and assembly accuracy of molded parts such as cavity and core.
c. Use the corresponding screw injection machine to preheat the mold when conditions permit.
